President Mirziyoyev held a briefing at the Bukhara International Airport on socio-economic development of the region, reduction of an unemployment rate and poverty, and the ways to restore sectors of the economy affected by the pandemic.

The statesman discussed the work carried out in the framework of so-called "iron notebook", "youth notebook", "and women’s notebook". 7 thousand of 8 thousand repatriates have already been offered job positions.

It is planned to implement 571 investment projects in the Bukhara region this year, which will create 14 thousand additional job places and increase export figures to $ 184 million. Our main goal is to accelerate the large-scale reforms launched in Bukhara, the President said.
