Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Representatives of the Embassy of Uzbekistan in Malaysia, the Agency for the Promotion of Export of Uzbekistan and the Malaysian company Consumption Union discussed issues of introducing the online trading platform CU Rewards in our country, Dunyo reported.
Consumption Union is developing special electronic platforms for the development of electronic commerce. The number of subscribers of seller companies of this online platform is more than 10 million, including more than 200 thousand sellers. The platform will enable Uzbek exporters to sell their products to end consumers in Southeast Asia online.
The advantages of the electronic platform are its wide use by trading companies of Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, China and other promising markets, the availability of seller’s contact information that allows the buyer to directly contact the exporter, and the introduced Cashback system, which is attractive to importers and contributes to a rapid increase in their number. The site works in many languages, including Uzbek in test mode.
As a result of the videoconference, the parties agreed to consider the possibility of signing a cooperation agreement between the Export Promotion Agency and Consumption Union to introduce the CU Rewards electronic trading platform in the republic, as well as joint development of electronic commerce.
